My name is Alex Arregui. I am a full-time resident of the Galápagos Islands, a marine biologist, and a Galápagos National Park certified naturalist guide.
For more than 30 years, I have been exploring, studying, and sharing these extraordinary islands with visitors from around the world. During that time, I have also participated in wildlife research with the Charles Darwin Research Station and have spoken about the Galápagos at universities in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
The Galápagos is not just a destination for me—it is my home.
