This four-week course is a unique opportunity to explore the culture of the Kichwa Amazónico people of Ecuador while improving your Spanish. Through a communicative and intercultural approach, you will learn about their worldviews, traditions, community organization, and contemporary challenges.

The course combines authentic materials (testimonials, videos, articles, and oral narratives) with interactive activities that encourage discussion, reflection, and practical use of Spanish. You will expand your vocabulary related to indigenous culture, the natural environment, and social practices, and practice expressing opinions, descriptions, and comparisons in both spoken and written Spanish.
