So, FYI

High on the Hog Sandwich – traditional pulled pork, with coleslaw on sandwich. Trying a new recipe on the coleslaw this week

Tyludas – part taco, part quesadilla. Corn tortilla with pulled pork, black bean puree, and mozzarella, served with all kinds of goodies on the side to let you adorn it as you see fit.

Cowboy Beans – flavored with sausage, ground beef, coffee and whiskey. Just like a trail cowboy would do…

Giardiniera Coleslaw – Giardiniera is an Italian inspired veggie mix used as a condiment, and usually spicy. We are adding some house made giardiniera to our cabbage, and then dressing with an oil and vinegar dressing. Significantly different because it has no mayo.

Esquites – Mexican street corn (just not on the cob like elotes). Corn, garlic, onion, mayo, sour cream, coitja cheese, chili powder, lime, cilantro, and the PandB touch that always makes it a little different.

How do you say no to this?
