Simply go to Gran Colombia somewhere in El Centro, and you will find a pink tile sidewalk. Follow the sidewalk west (away from the wicked witch of the east and towards the good witch of the west). When the pink tile sidewalk ends, you will be standing dead square in the middle of the door to carnivore heaven – Pájaro y Bestia.
It is almost as if fate predetermined a carnivore heaven exactly at this spot. A meat colored path leading directly to a Real Deal BBQ.
