After personally going through the visa and cedula process in Cuenca, I realized that obtaining my visa and cedula was at times confusing, time consuming, and expensive. Each time I contacted a visa service operation, I found different pricing and explanations of the visa process. I believed that there had to be an easier, less expensive way to provide visas services. We are dedicated to simplifying the experience for expatriates looking to relocate to Cuenca.

We are dedicated to simplifying the expatriate experience. Our commitment stems from our personal experiences, and those of others, of the challenges and uncertainties that accompany international relocation. We focus on streamlining the visa application process, reducing the bureaucratic burdens on our clients, and offering total, professional and personalized support. Our fees are indicated at the beginning of our communications; with the only additional fees being governmental and notary service(s) which are market base. We provide a graduated refund policy, if for some reason you are not satisfied with our personal services, this time period goes up, and until, your final scheduled appointment with the government.
Who are we?
Personally, I have been an attorney for over 35 years, an MBA professor for 12 years and an entrepreneur for over 20 years. Over this time, I have been required to be:

a. I will respond to your questions in a timely fashion.
b. I will provide a clear understanding of our respective responsibilities.
c. I will be by your side, and act as an advocate, on your behalf.
2. Disciplined:
a. I have been required to learn many different skill sets in my career. There have been consistent themes for me to be successful in these endeavors.
b. You can count on me to be organized and to regularly attend to your visa and cedula matters.
3. Manage documents:
a. I will assist you in obtaining the required documentation. You will be provided with a list of documents to obtain, notarize and be apostilled.
b. I will review the documentation obtained for submission and direct you to the correction of any errors.
Service providers, with substantial visa and cedula experience will assist me in acquiring your visa and cedula. They are fluent in Spanish and English and possess university degrees in translation, they are licensed to do so.
Additionally, we will provide transportation services to any governmental agencies and required notary services from your apartment and back at no additional cost to you.
