It’s a beautiful and peaceful place located 25 minutes away from Cuenca on the Gualaceo road. you can find everything in Gualaceo 8 minutes away.
The house is fully furnished including washer and dryer, also 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and it has a reading room and for doing digital work.
Besides, the property has a green garden with a lot of flowers for taking a rest.
