Having lived in Cuenca for 15 years it was strange that I was unaware of the best latte in Cuenca.
I don’t say this lightly after having sampled scores of restaurants in Cuenca.
Jacobo, Rabbit Garden’s owner takes the preparation of his coffee drinks very seriously. The only products he serves are coffee drinks and outstanding pastries. Where else in Cuenca can you get a Pistachio Latte and Fig Cheesecake.
I have a latte and my favorite pastry twice a week. Rabbit Garden is Cuenca’s best kept coffee secret. But now you know; so run – don’t walk – and sample their delicious coffee.
