Buy direct from a certified-organic farm, (the only one in southern Ecuador), at Gran Roca’s weekly Wednesday event at Hotel Los Balcones in Cuenca (Sangurima and Borrero) featuring a variety of certified-organic products in a beautiful, comfortable, setting to eat-in or take-out.
This week Gran Roca’s certified-organic food Deliveries are on Tuesdays and Pick-Ups will be available at Hotel Los Balcones on Wednesdays 11:30 AM – 2 PM.
We will be serving our $3-$3.50 Lunch/Almuerzo from 11:30 AM – 2 PM on Wednesday that includes our (1) garden vegetable soup with or without smoked chicken, (2) Your choice of a burger on a bun (beef, turkey or veggie), (3) sweet potato casserole, (4) corn pudding, (5) and a beverage, (water, coffee, tea, or lemonade.)
We will also offer a delicious Pasta Salad $1-$1.50 and our one-of-a-kind, way better flavor Personal Pizza $1.50
You will also be able to shop for a variety of our organically grown, just-harvested, fruits and vegetables only hours from harvest.
And don’t forget bringing home our fresh chicken eggs (6-packs) raised on our farm.
We are fully stocked with a number of cuts of beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, pork and smoked bacon, butchered by our own Don Leo from animals raised on our farm.
