Of course, you can also complete the basic training (200/300 hours) at Durga’s Tiger School, Tumbaco, to become a yoga teacher certified internationally by the YA Yoga Alliance. Students come from the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and Latin America. There are also summer courses for yoga teachers in Germany, Spain and Greece. It is a small school with a maximum of 25 seats per training – the yogis live together for 4 to 9 weeks during training in the form of retreat.
