Dear expat community of Cuenca,
We just want to inform you that the new COVID regulations of some provinces of Ecuador, including Loja, doesn’t affect our resort. We are maintaining the same measures that have kept us and our guests safe and healthy over the past year.
The layout of our resort allows us to keep a lot of distance and have fresh air, even at our panorama restaurant, open on 3 sides. This, in conjunction with mutual respect and common sense, has helped us to avoid any contagion within our facility since the pandemic started last year.
The use of our amenities is exclusively for hotel guests. The doors are closed to the public.
There is no need to leave our resort if you don’t want to. We have everything you need.
Restaurant, bar, SPA, laundry service, swimming pool, 25 acres of tropical garden with hiking trails inside the premises. Even our own micro-brewery with German beer.
Although not daily, we still offer the “door to door” shuttle service, to pick you up from your home and take you directly to Izhcayluma.
