These restrictions make it hard on us to continue our regular business; however, we will comply and reinvent ourselves. We won’t stop. We need to work and we love offering our cultural events and creating new menus for you to enjoy. We have a team that depends on us and with them families. This is a reality across the country; please support your local businesses.
This week, we’ll continue our brunch service from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. Films and music showings will also continue. Don’t forget that this month is dedicated to Academy Award nominated films. Don’t miss out.
Tuesday 4:30 PM: My Octopus Teacher
Simply an outstanding and very moving documentary. An experience that will give you new insights into marine life, into other species. Masterfully directed.
Wednesday 4:30 PM: Minari
A Korean American family moves to an Arkansas farm in search of its own American dream. Amidst the challenges of this new life in the strange and rugged Ozarks, they discover the undeniable resilience of family and what really makes a home.
Thursday 4:30 PM: Guapango, Malagueña y Tango (an exclusive dinner concert)
Mariangel (voice), Hector (guitar) and Luis Carlos (violin) bring us an incredible concert filled with not often herd tunes from Latin America. This time they will focus on these wonderful rhythms. Mariangel’s voice is stunning. La Guarida is perfect for these intimate concerts as our acoustics are incredible. Admission for this event is $10. Your admission fee goes directly to the artists helping them during this crisis as they have been incredibly affected.
Don’t miss out. It will be a bit earlier but we continue with the same desire. We love our films and our concerts and we try to present the best of the best for your enjoyment. We take social distancing very seriously and our capacity has always been at 20%.
