Design your own small group class. A group must consist of a minimum of 3 people. $8 per person for in-home sessions. We can provide yoga mats and blocks, straps, etc.
One-on-one sessions. Perfect for those who want to learn fundamentals to build their own practice. $15 drop-in price or 4 classes for $40.
Ask about our studio space to accommodate larger groups. We are currently remodeling to have a beautiful yoga space for the future with a rooftop terrace.

Hatha is also translated as ha meaning “sun” and the meaning “moon.” Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose.
