The bathroom is practical thinking in case of visits it is separated by a wall; one side is the shower stall and the other side is the toilet with sink, mirror and cabinets.
The building has 24/7 services of surveillance video cameras on each floor, electric fence on third-floor terrace of the laundry floor with dryer and washer machines for use only Wednesday for the suite. The view is spectacular. No pets. Attention from 10 AM until 6 PM.
I’m interested and want to emphasize that the tenant has to be punctual on rent payments, aware that it is not a hotel room with cleaning service, therefore tenant has to keep walls, appliances clean inside and outside, furniture, kitchen counters and everything that the place consists of.
