Located only 35 minutes from the city on an old hacienda near Tarqui, the casita is nestled among rolling hills and picturesque valleys, adjacent to a dairy farm and horse pastures.

The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is fully furnished, including bath and bed linens, with a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has a double bed. There is high-speed internet and space heaters. Just outside the front door, there’s a fire pit / barbeque surrounded by built-in seating with amazing views of the surrounding landscape.

There are well-maintained but lightly traveled roads, perfect for long or short walks through the surrounding countryside. If you want to add a horseback excursion to your stay, this can be arranged as well. The trails are also ideal for bringing your bikes or go birdwatching through the native forest.

La Casita can accommodate up to 4 guests or two couples. Minimum stay 2 nights at $45 per night (plus cleaning fee) and discounts for longer permanence. Transportation service available. Small pet allowed
