I already have hearing aids, and am aware that they do not clarify speech, only make it louder. My aids are 10-years old so I would like to get some new ones, but of the same design. I don’t like the type that the industry thinks are better because they are invisible. Mine are not so delicate and have served me well. They may need cleaning. Thanks for your suggestions.
