The Hop Factory is an impressive Cuenca brewery. They create beer for all tastes, and just recently added a line of lower calorie/carb beers. We have tried two of those, and they are perfect; especially for the warm sunny days we’ve enjoyed recently. The Hop Factory is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood setting just across from the Machangara River linear park and not far off of Gonzalez Suarez. But they also have home delivery available. What more could you ask for?
