We used her facilitation services to help us secure our 90-day visa extension and then our 180-day visa extension (we are only staying a year). She has a car and provides transport wherever you need to go to take care of your visa issues. She is a Cuencano and knows the visa system backwards and forwards. Her English is impeccable.
