Mother´s Day afternoon lunch

Indulge Mom this Friday May, 7th. At “Cúpulas Azules” restaurant by Hotel Cruz del Vado. Bring your loved ones to enjoy an unforgettable lunch time at the best Roof Top of Cuenca.
Celebrate Mother´s Day with your family and the most delicious Ecuadorian gourmet cuisine accompanied with traditional cocktails and drinks specially made by our bartender. Our menu consists of 3 courses:

*Amuse Bouche: Custard Apple Macaron
*Appetizer: Turkey Mousse on a sourdough toast and salted fruit & vegetables with cranberries.
*Main course: “Del mar al viche” deconstruction of a typical seafood from Ecuador, delicious prawns topped with squash, corn, sweet potato and mussel sauce.
*Dessert: Dessert from Pacific Sea, fulfilled cup of fruits topped with lemongrass and lime syrup and a gentle portion of soursop ice cream.

Cost: $45 per person, includes: glass of rose wine for the guest of honor, bread with house dips, natural water and taxes.
Ask for our vegetarian options ($33 tax included).
