Appetizer: Turkey Mousse on a sourdough toast and salted fruit & vegetables with cranberries.
Main course: “Del mar al viche” deconstruction of a typical seafood from Ecuador, delicious prawns topped with squash, corn, sweet potato and mussel sauce.
Dessert: Dessert from Pacific Sea, fulfilled cup of fruits topped with lemongrass and lime syrup and a gentle portion of soursop ice cream.
