Having trouble becoming a permanent resident?

Due to the changes in the law, I have received many clients, who weren’t able to obtain their permanent residency because they were out of the country while they held a temporary visa, which by the way, we’re allowed to do.

My advice to them and to you, if you are going through this issue is to wait until May 5th, which is the due date for the new regulation to be published and come into force. (Let’s hope they publish on time)
