The workshop will cover simple practices to help bring more awareness and gratitude to everyday life. Erin will share with you some basic foundational teachings of Mindfulness that can help you to feel inner peace and balance.
We will also enjoy a sitting meditation to help you gain an understanding of how to continue the practice at home or wherever you may be.
