This is regarding the fiber optic internet service provided in Cuenca. Does the fiber cable go right up to your apartment or is the fiber cable only at street level and then converted to copper from the street to the apartment?
If it is the latter, then I don’t think you are getting the full benefit of the high-speed provided by the fiber cable.
