The stage will be shared by tenor, Francisco Ortega and countertenor, Lisandro Loor, accompanied by the virtuoso cellist Adriana Fernandez and the marvelous pianist, David Zoernig. This elite quartet will perform carefully selected chamber works by renowned composers, including the masterful compositions of Benjamin Britten, the melodic pieces of Franz Schubert, and the striking creations of Arno Dorumsgaard.

Adriana Fernández Vizcaíno (cello) is from Guayaquil. She has been the first chair cellist of the Cuenca Symphony Orchestra, Western Michigan University Symphony Orchestra, and the University of Oklahoma Symphony Orchestra.
Lissandro Loor (countertenor) studied at the National Academy of Music in Odessa. During his residence in Odessa, he was a member-soloist of the chamber group “Ewige Musik”. He has been a soloist of the Guayaquil Symphony Orchestra, Guayaquil Consort Ensamble, Lautten Compagney of Berlin, and other prestigious orchestral groups.
Francisco Ortega (tenor) is from Guayaquil and has participated as a soloist in operas and oratorios in the USA, France, and Germany. He has performed with the Guayaquil Symphony Orchestra (La Traviata and Cosi fan Tutte), Loja (Elixir de Amor y Mooch), and Cuenca (Giustino y el Barbero de Sevilla).
David Zoernig (piano) has served on music teams for International Christian Community and Cuenca International Chorale and collaborates with many musicians in Cuenca. David and Jorge are co-founders of Cuenca Community Chorus, with administrator Holly Thompson, and David teaches students of all ages at Cuenca Piano Studio. David and his husband are founding members of St. Christopher Episcopal Mission, where he serves as Director of Music.
