All gone in one day. My current cooking process takes a little over 2 days, so there will not be any available for Saturday.
Not to be a braggart (of which some people accuse me), but the brisket was outstanding. Best I have had in three years in this country.
Expect a return in two weeks after we get past US Thanksgiving.
