About Jan: Considered by many to be a “World-Class” massage therapist, Jan Wallace has been performing massage therapy since her original licensing by the Oregon State Board of Health in 1983. She has studied almost every massage technique out there, and over the course of 40 years, blended the best-of-the-best into her own massage style that’s an incredibly relaxing, therapeutic, invigorating, and almost “spiritual” experience.
After 40 years in the business, she’s still plenty strong! She has experience working in the #2 Spa in the world, as well as working with celebrities (She was Barbara Walters favorite masseuse). On her last visit to the US, she earned $150 per hour. So, you can see these “market rates” in Ecuador are a real bargain!
She can perform very light to very deep tissue techniques, and encourages the client to express their preferences, so she can create a custom experience for them.
