Celebrating Growth and Embracing the GRACE Vision (Download Press Kit)

This year has been one of tremendous growth and invaluable learning for us. We have enhanced our medical services, providing a broader range of assistance to more people. Over the past four years, we have successfully met our goal of aiding over 15,000 individuals, including refugees in Cuenca and Ecuadorian nationals.

Our daily activities encompass a variety of essential services, including medical, dental, and psychological care, as well as the distribution of food, clothing, and kitchenware. We also organize support groups for teenagers and expectant mothers, among other initiatives. None of this would be possible without your immense generosity.

However, the economic and political challenges within the country have impacted us, necessitating bold and strategic decisions to ensure the continuity of our high-quality work and our ability to expand.
GRACE aims to achieve sustainability as a social enterprise and genuinely believes in the potential of those we aid. Our flagship project, “From Refugee To Neighbor,” focuses on creating employment opportunities for Venezuelan refugees—the most significant brain drain in the Americas. Doctors, nurses, assistants, administrators, and more within the GRACE Foundation are part of this community. All our projects are centered on supporting entrepreneurs or businesses founded by vulnerable individuals.

Nevertheless, many people have chosen to leave Ecuador due to insecurity and the rising cost of living. The primary destinations for these individuals are the United States, Canada, and even Venezuela. Therefore, we have decided to extend our reach by establishing a new office in Guayaquil and initiating activities in various cities in Venezuela and the United States. Our goal is to reach the most vulnerable and continue our impactful work.

At GRACE: Give Refugees a Chance, our expansion objectives are rooted in our commitment to providing our services and expanding the reach of donors’ contributions to help the most vulnerable populations in three countries and across more than four cities. Your support allows us to transform lives and make a positive impact on a global scale.

We sincerely thank you for being an integral part of our journey, and we look forward to achieving more significant milestones together. GRACE is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your contributions continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
