Shambhala Meditation – Mahayana Tradition

Shambhala Meditation: Practice a sense of gentleness toward yourself and a sense of friendliness to others will begin to arise.

The Shambhala Meditation Group of Cuenca is happy to invite you to our regular programming on Sundays and Tuesdays.

Our regular in-person Sunday programming includes

Group meditation in English and Spanish
Every Sunday from 10:30 AM – noon. For meditation instructions, you’re invited to come at 10 AM.
The program includes seated meditation, walking meditation, and text recitations from our tradition.

Book study group, on a title related to Buddhism and mindfulness, meets Tuesday from 3:30 – 5 PM on zoom.

Our programs are always free – and your donations are also much appreciated.
