Wonderful addition to the international restaurant scene in Cuenca El Centro. Located on Luis Cordero on the same side as Kolo, across from Bistro Yaku (between Juan Jaramillo and Honorato Vasquez). Limited menu of cafes, bottled drinks, dessert and savory crepes. Quentin, the chef and owner, is from outside of Paris and is most accommodating, with outstanding and beautiful food offerings in a delightful bistro setting. The savory salad crepes that we enjoyed were perfect for a light and healthy meal.
