Marco explained the history and profile of the Cooperativa and answered all of my questions at our initial meeting and was there for each step of the very easy process of opening up my CD. I needed a little bit of help with the international transfer and Marco walked me through each step so I did it correctly. The money was in Ecuador from my Schwab account quickly and I was all set.
