Hello Dear Expats! My name is Lupe and I came here looking for help for a little female dog which is living in outdoor parking of IESS hospital.
She is a little breed, like schnauzer and approximately 10 months old. Somebody abandoned her there.
She is very quiet, affectionate, and gentle.
