After a short break, our team is happy to be back. Perú and Argentina treated us incredibly well. Omar and I visited Buenos Aires and enjoyed more than a dozen fascinating restaurants, where we learned so much. In Lima, we met the whole team and visited some of the best restaurants in Latin America. We can’t wait to get back into our kitchen and create delicious dishes for all of you.
