I met a friend yesterday for lunch at Pho District and Bar. I had the pho and my friend had breakfast. I’m so happy another friend recommended this place! Jonathan is the mananger / cook and the food was lovely! I will definitely return for one of the breakfast selections. Jonathan is friendly and provides great service; he also speaks English. This is one of those hidden gems I will visit again and again.
