Qigong is a Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, and breath control to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, or “qi.” Through slow, flowing movements and focused breathing, qigong helps to align and strengthen the body’s energy, promoting physical health and vitality. It also has mental and emotional benefits, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, and increasing focus, concentration, and mental clarity.

Regular practice of qigong can improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, enhance immune function, and promote overall well-being. It is a holistic approach to health and wellness, integrating the mind, body, and spirit for optimal functioning and harmony.

Beginner classes are:

Mondays and Fridays
7:30 – 8:15 AM

Tuesdays and Thursdays
10 – 10:45 AM

First class no cost, thereafter $40/month for all classes.

You can join anytime, just be on time, wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.
