After a recent fall, I finally decided to visit a dr. Dr. Molina’s receptionist spoke English and I didn’t have to struggle to explain why I needed the appointment. Dr. Molina is fluent in English. He assessed my situation, ordered appropriate exams, reviewed them, and referred me for a back brace with just 2 short visits. When I couldn’t get in to see him for several days, he arranged for me to get a spinal block to relieve the pain.

Many times a trauma can partially block your ability to explain what happened in Spanish – having a receptionist and Dr. who speak English is very helpful.
