Above and beyond. These young ladies, Maria Belen Ramon and Veronica Tenesaca went above and beyond by driving me, in their own vehicle, to Centro Historico to resolve a problem with SRI. Once back in their office in Gringolandia, they quickly and effortlessly resolved an issue with IESS.
