Carla was great to work with. She is very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in her field. We were in a time crunch and only had a few days before we needed to move out of our Airbnb. We contacted her as well as other real estate agents with advertised rental properties. Carla was the first to respond, she was the only one to quickly (same day) respond to our inquiries.
Unfortunately, the initial property we were interested in was already rented. However, she picked us up and showed us 3 other properties. During our ride, through Cuenca, she pointed out the best neighborhoods for families and recommended different restaurants. Not to mention helping us practice our Spanish in the process. Once we found a place that would work for our family of four and our dog, she did all the negotiating with the landlord and got us moved in!
We will definitely be calling her again in the future!
