I highly recommend Victor and Sebastian as drivers. Victor has helped me transition to Cuenca. He drove my dog tank from Guayaquil. He helped set up my cell phone service. Showed me all the places in Cuenca to go shopping. Both Victor and Sebastian are bilingual. They have also taken me on local tours surrounding Cuenca. They have reasonable pricing.
