Homemade cranberry sauce baked beneath a layer of almond custard cream and topped with sliced pears and more cranberries–the perfect balance of sweet and tart

Peanut Butter Chocolate–soft and chewy peanut butter cookie cups filled with our scrumptious chocolate cream cheese icing

Flaky shortcakes layered with our special sweet cream and fresh strawberries

Last fair’s boozy cupcake was crazy popular so we’re tempting you with another. Our vanilla cupcake is scented with orange zest and “tequila,” and topped with an orange-grenadine frosting.
Asparagus, Artichoke and Bacon Quiche: $4/slice ~ $32 whole
Our herby egg mixture with tender asparagus, marinated artichokes, and bacon all baked in a traditional pastry crust
Mexican Street Corn and Tomato Quiche with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa: $3.25/slice ~ $25 whole
Seared sweet corn tossed with queso fresco and cherry tomatoes baked in our herby egg mixture and finished with a roasted tomatillo salsa
