Travel Insurance as an EC resident

Greetings! There was a post here some time ago about what travel insurance is used by expats for trips to visit the US. I have tried searching for it, but to no avail. I am not having any luck finding this information through internet searches, as that is only returning information on travel insurance used to visit EC.

Please share any recommendations for travel insurance for an expat EC resident for a trip to the US.
