Claro English speaker customer service?

Does anyone know of any Claro location where they have an English-speaking customer service representative? I’m having trouble with coverage and billing so it’s too complex for Google Translate.

If anyone has a name and a store location where someone speaks English, I would be very grateful to have this information.
