To whom it may concern,
I have worked in the States as well as other third world countries taking care of children who were dying of cancer or other illnesses and I’m looking to do so now here. I’m not a doctor, nor do I take care of them and any regard that a hospital or professional would.
What I do is go in and try to make them have at least a few minutes of happiness within their day by coloring, playing games, etc. with these children.
I would like to visit, play games, read to them, entertain them in any way I can to get their thoughts off of their circumstances.
Even though we don’t speak the same language I know that they understand me.
I think the worst thing in the world would be to be alone in a hospital knowing you’re dying and have nobody there with you.
I’m not asking anyone to do this with me nor for any donations for that is the last thing they need when they’re dying.
I just need recommendations on where I can make the most difference and how I can get in to see these little angels before they pass and make a difference in their day, if not their life.
