Please help; lost dog

Please help. I am in the States visiting my sister and one of my dogs got out of my home in Cuenca. Momo is missing. He is a Pekinese, red, one eye and totally blind. Please keep a lookout for him. I am offering a $50 reward for his whereabouts and return.
