Well, you are lucky, because we from the non-profit-organization FUPEC (“Familias Unidas por las Enfermedades Catastróficas”) are looking for foreigners who would like to accompany cancer and other catastrophic illnesses patients! Not only can you practice your Spanish skills, but also share your time and careness to them. What you get back are happy smiles and cultural insights!
