To reheat the ribs, just drop the pouch into warm water for a few minutes. We recommend water at 150 F / 70 C for 15 to 20 minutes. If you do not have a thermometer, 150 F water will be actively steaming, but will not have any bubbles. This will warm the ribs through without causing them to overcook. Then just open the pouch, smack your lips and eat.
