Can anyone mule an item to Tampa area?

Help. My husband left his thermal gloves and a power cord 5″ x 9″ x 2″ package that needs to be returned to Tampa area (Dunedin). Is any kind person heading to the US who can mule this for me? Let me know how much it would be.
I will provide an open envelope so it can be mailed to Dunedin.
