Summary:
As a lead generation specialist, you will research, implement, and monitor various marketing strategies to drive property and seller leads. The primary strategy will be search engine optimization (SEO), including content generation, for the purpose of driving website leads or phone leads. Other strategies include email marketing, evaluating offerings from property wholesalers, pay per click campaigns, and numerous other possibilities.
Requirements:
* Efficient, detail-oriented, and precise
* Prefer SEO experience
* Prefer lead generation experience
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Excellent English writing and comprehension
* Computer experience and skills
* Your own workspace, with desktop computer and high speed internet
* Your own smart phone
Benefits:
* Work from home
Compensation:
* $550 per month, plus Ecuadorian labor benefits, plus performance based bonuses
* Bonuses should make up the majority of the compensation.
* If successful, the monthly compensation should soon be in the range of $1,500-2,000 per month, or more.
