I ‘ve tried to pull $300 with my ATM card from Banco Guayaquil machines and got the message that the transaction cannot be done at this time but the money was deducted from my account.
$900 was taken as I’ve tried 3 times. I was wandering if anyone had experienced that and if they were able to solve it locally with the ATM machine’s bank?
