My wife and I were lucky enough to have seen a recommendation for Lucia on gringo post when we lived in Cuenca some years ago and were looking for someone to teach us to speak Spanish. Lucia’s specialty is older students, and is a highly competent and patient teacher. She came to our apartment on a bi-weekly basis for our lessons and the lessons were fun and informative. The cost of lessons is also very reasonably priced.
Although we don’t live in Ecuador now, we still take weekly lessons on Zoom with Lucia to continue improving our knowledge of this beautiful language. At this point we consider Lucia our friend as well as our teacher. If you are considering taking Spanish lessons we highly recommend Lucia.
