Group meditation every Sunday from 10:30 AM – noon. For meditation instructions, you’re invited to come at 10 AM.
The program includes seated meditation, walking meditation, and text recitations from our tradition. The first Sunday of each month, we honor Tara, a great feminine bodhisattva.
