Yoga teacher training in Ecuador:
Ecuador is an amazing country to explore. During the month of August, it is whale watching season, and the coast becomes a relaxing place where locals come to vacation. It is the perfect month to dive deep into your yoga practice. Enjoy morning Asana, meditation, and pranayama in the heart of Olon´s thriving center.
Learn yoga history, philosophy, and anatomy on Alma´s rooftop while watching ocean sunsets. Stroll through town for an almuerzo or perhaps an afternoon coffee or tea before evening classes. Finish the day with dinner and community circle.
Yoga training is a transformational experience. It is a journey back to one’s true nature and authentic self. It is an empowering experience that gives you the tools to create safe spaces for change to occur. This course is Hatha Vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis on the magic of Ayurvedic medicine.
RumiSol’s mission is to make yoga an inclusive, open, and healing practice for all individuals. Trainees will learn proper sequencing techniques, explore teaching pedagogy, embody yoga philosophy, and acquire the tools needed to share the practice with others.
A day in the life of Yoga Teacher Training
7 to 8 AM pranayama and meditation
8 to 9:30 AM Asana Practice
9:30 to 10:30 AM Breakfast
11 AM to 1 PM Theory Classes, yoga philosophy, chakra system, anatomy, etc.
Midday Break for lunch
3 to 4:30 PM Asana Lab
4:30 to 6 PM Evening Asana practice
7 PM Dinner
8:30 PM Community Satsang

Alma is a beachfront hotel located in Olon, Ecuador. Established in early 2023, our three-story open concept space is nestled between quaint cafes and family-owned businesses. The hotel sits in the heart of Malecón, just 30 seconds from one of the most charming beaches and premier surf destinations in all of Ecuador.
We boast 19 comfortable rooms ranging in price and size. They are outfitted with air conditioning, wifi, TV, and hot water. Our downstairs garden and bar is a quiet place to enjoy a beverage and book in the shade. From the comfort of your private balcony watch a stunning sunset and enjoy beach life.
Community is at the heart of Alma’s mission. We aim to populate our hotel with art, energy, and like-minded people. Through our partnerships with neighborhood locals, we have opened our doors to artists, teachers, and healers. At Alma they can share their gifts, knowledge, and craft in our soothing meeting spaces.
We consistently host Family Constellation events, Conscious Dance classes, Tarot readings and yoga practices. The terrace is located on the third floor and is furnished with plants, murals, and cozy work corners. The perfect space for gatherings.
